The vineyards are established on distinctly favourable land. Due to the unique climate factors, the grapes develop their distinctive high-quality characteristics.
Maceration is carried out at low temperature for six hours. Following traditional wine making techniques, the grapes are fermented, in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, at 16º C.
Pale yellow with light green hues.
This white wine offers intense fruity and floral sensations, followed by light tropical aromas.
A full-bodied wine with smooth characteristics, elegant floral sensations, and a harmoniously balanced tropical aftertaste.
With annually high climate conditions, the regional location of the vineyards is favourable for quality wine production. Due to our unique vineyard conditions, we yield the finest white wine varieties.
The grape mass is infused at low temperatures until the must is separated. After this, the must undergoes a two-stage fermentation for 1-2 days at 5-7°C, and
for 20-30-days at 12-14° C.
This white wine has a sparkling straw-yellow colour with light grass nuances.
The aromas reveal lemon and lemon peel, white peach, and jasmine.
Welcoming herbal nuances with refreshing mineral and Mediterranean flavours. The wine ends with a light lemon and grapefruit aftertaste.
