This diversity of microclimates and soils enriches the nuances of the impressive “Garnacha” vine-growing assets; this is CAMPO DE BORJA, THE EMPIRE OF GARNACHA.
With selected vineyards, Garnacha grape has been produced for over 30 years and Tempranillo grape for over 20 years for this exceptional wine.
Speckled Red maintains the traditional method of fermenting the grapes at the controlled temperature of 28ºC. After this, we proceed to macerate for a further for fifteen days.
CRIANZA:
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to age for a minimum of 9 months in American oak.
Colour
This red ruby wine has maroon tones with a clean and brilliant finish.
Aroma
A medium intensity wine with a complex aroma of toasted and dried fruits.
Palate
This ruby wine offers flavours of oak, dried fruits, and a pleasant aftertaste.

This diversity of microclimates and soils enriches the nuances of the impressive “Garnacha” vine-growing assets; this is CAMPO DE BORJA, THE EMPIRE OF GARNACHA.
Following on with wine tradition, the grapes are fermented at 24ºC., and then the wine must is macerated for 8 days in stainless steel tanks. Once the product has reached a high-level quality, it is drawn off and pressed. After malolactic fermentation, both grape varieties are combined, and blended.

A smooth palate with an elegant lasting aftertaste.

The grapes are fermented for 5-7 days at 7-9°C. Fermentation later occurs at the temperatures 7-9 days at 26-28°C. After this, the grapes are macerated for 10 days at 22-24°C.

Mass grape fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. This process includes grape must infusion at 7-9°C for 5-7 days. Fermentation later occurs at 26-28°C for 7-9 days. The grapes are then later macerated at 22-24°C for 10 days.
